The temperature Controller monitors and controls the body temperature of rats and mice. This microprocessor-based instrument provides heating using a resistive heating blanket. An LCD panel displays the current body temperature and the targeted set-point temperature. Rat body temperature is measured real time using a rectal probe connected to the microprocessor. After plugging in the probe and heating blanket, the animal’s temperature is shown on the display.
